Swimming is a low impact activity that provides the children with excellent exercise. It is ideal for long term health and wellness. Swimming will help to keep our Well Thong Lo students physically active, even if they do not take an interest in swimming on a competitive team. Aside from being a good exercise, learning how to swim is a big part to lessen the risk of drowning not only for children, but for all ages.
