Special Guest Visit: Learning from Our Local Police Officer! To connect our classroom inquiry to the real world, we had the honor of hosting a local Police Officer as a guest speaker! The officer spoke to our students about:
Safety Rules: How safety rules protect everyone in our community.
Community Support: The role police officers play in keeping neighborhoods safe and supported.
Everyday Choices: How young students can be active, law-abiding community partners by making safe and honest choices every day.
Our learners asked insightful questions and left inspired to be everyday heroes in their own community!
