Trip to Emporium
Our students got the opportunity to experience the exotic flora and fauna garden in the city. We saw white tiger and lion cubs, fox, deer, ostrich and many more; we also got to see some weird species of animals which looked like a combination of two different animals like we saw squirrel monkeys, mere cats, kangaroo rats and many more. There were also many wild animals and plants to watch and observe from all over the world. The children toured around and found out information about each of the animals from our tour guides. At the end of our trip we got to take part in activities such as making African Masks and African bead jewelery. The children were all able to identify their favourite animals and were excited to share their stories when we arrived back at school.
