Our field trip to Sea Life Bangkok proved to be an enriching experience for the K2 students of Wells Bangna. Aligned with their Unit of Inquiry, How the World Works, and focusing on animal classification and the workings of the natural world, the trip provided a tangible connection to their classroom learning.
Encountering all five animal groups—mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, and fish—during the visit was a highlight for the students. Witnessing these creatures firsthand brought their learning experiences to life and ignited their enthusiasm.
The students explored the diverse marine life on display, from playful otters to majestic stingrays. The trip not only broadened their understanding of the natural world but also instilled in them a sense of wonder and appreciation for marine life.
The K2 students of Wells Bangna left with hearts full of memories and minds brimming with newfound knowledge. While their journey may have ended, the lessons learned and the connections made will continue to inspire them long after they return to the classroom.
