The bright fourth graders from Wells International School Chonburi had an awesome outdoor adventure at Nong Ta Yu Arboretum. This beautiful forest had many stunning gardens! These young scientists were on a mission to learn about plants and animals. They even had a fun scavenger hunt to find different plants while exploring. Let’s join their exciting journey and learn together!
Observing Nature’s Beauty
During our trip, the scientists brought their journals, pencils, and magnifying glasses to study plants and animals. Whenever they found something cool, they wrote about it and drew pictures. They showed us paradise birds, butterflies, and frangipanis. After observing, we gathered to discuss our findings. It was super fun!
Scavenger Hunt Adventures
As the scientists walked around, they were on an exciting scavenger hunt! They had pictures of plants to find. The list included camphor trees, northern black wattles, teak, and many others. When a student found a plant, they told the class. Then, everyone decided if it was the correct one. It was like a fun game of discovery!
