On Friday, May 31, 2019, Wells International School graduated its 10th senior class, ready for the transition into the next chapter of their young lives.
After a welcome from Chairman Chang Yao-Lang and a touching farewell from Head of School Ray de la Peña, two awe-inspiring addresses were delivered — first by class valedictorian Lila Abdulla Al Tamimi, then by this year’s Keynote Speaker, international best-selling author Ms. Pashmina Reis de Souza.
Senior awards were also presented to some of the top graduates:

The pomp and celebration finally ended with the conferring of 53 diplomas and traditional mortar toss signifying the end of their mostly memorable years at the school. They now join the more than 350 Wells alumni ready to make a difference in the world.
