On November 15, 2024, history was made at Wells International School Bang Na with our very first Spelling Bee! Students from Grades 1 through 5 took to the stage in three thrilling competitions: Grade 1, Grades 2-3, and Grades 4-5.
After weeks of dedicated practice, our brave contestants showcased their spelling skills in front of a supportive live audience. They embodied the IB learner profile, demonstrating courage as open-minded risk-takers and resilience under pressure.
This event highlighted the importance of spelling as a foundational literacy skill in everyday life, sparking a love for learning and friendly competition among our students.
Congratulations to our winners, runner-ups, and every student who challenged themselves to participate! Your hard work and determination have inspired us all.
